The Bugs Came out of the Air Conditioner.
There are two air conditioners in my flat. When I last April first moved in, one of them began leaking which prompted a phone call from management informing me of this quality of life abomination. At the time, in my ignorance, I didn’t bother to inform the landlord: I simply started the other air conditioner up and, it working perfectly, didn’t have to trouble myself over these infernal machines for a year. Last week, however, that all changed. The other machine, which had held up so well as to beguile me into a false sense of climate-controlled security, unleashed a steady trickle of water – drip, drip, drip – onto the flats below. Nonetheless, what between the myriad professional revelations and the impact of years of spiritual checks inundating me this past week, taking care of this leaky contraption dropped off my radar, up until the verbal warnings given to me by the building management became written ones, to which I surely had to respond. It took a few days to finally reach my landlord with whom I had rarely spoken since he took control of the flat a few months earlier. In the meantime, I had called the repairman – that same surly bloke who has visited me on numerous occasions during my stay in this building; a verily grim reaper of repairs – to attend to the matter of fixing the leaking units. Mini Split Air Conditioner?
I was wondering if there were any heating and cooling experts that could give me a round-a-bout price for a multi split quad-zone air conditioner with the heat pump. I wasn’t looking for a price with installation, just for the unit itself–at least 24,000BTU. I have searched the internet, but I’m finding everything from 00 to 00 and I’m looking for an accurate price for a decent unit. If anyone can let me know what I could really expect to pay, per unit, would be great. Thanks!

www.infofit.ca Shoulder injury Rehabilitation Exercises is dubbed “The Window Wiper,” and it’s designed as a shoulder rehabilitation exercise that focuses on the external rotator-cuff muscles (ie Infraspinatus & Teres Minor) at three different angles. · Begin the Front Window Wiper exercise by facing a wall with arms forward, elbows bent @ 900, and forearms flush against the wall in a vertical position. · Rotate one arm downwards (pivot on elbow) while maintaining wall contact with your forearm, and finish with fist directly in front of your chest with forearm in a horizontal position. · Rotate arm back to the start position (vertical), then repeat exercise with opposite arm. Alternate arms until the exercise set is complete. · The Oblique Window Wiper exercise works the external rotator cuff muscles from another angle; rotate your body to a 450 away from the wall, maintain elbow and forearm contact, and opposite hand can rest on your hip. · The Side Window Wiper exercise, or also referenced to as an abducted external rotation, requires the body to face 900 away from the wall while maintaining elbow and forearm contact. · Use a light dumbbell or light resistance tubing in order to increase the intensity of the exercise. Sun Shades on Air Conditioning is worthless – Part I
As an HVAC tech it was always funny, yet a pain in the ass, to service an air conditioner that a home owner fabricated a sun shade on top of. They THINK that the little home made shade will make it more efficient. But in fact once the air is moving it makes NO DIFFERENCE to the incoming air temperature at all, and in fact many times causes air to reflect off of the shade itself and cause it to recirculate back into the coil intake! Small Light Craft (UFO) – July 31, 2011
Small Light Craft (UFO) Sun. July 31, 2011 in northern Minnesota. For a better look, every 18 secs, or so, I used Emboss (not the best feature, I’ve noticed), and Contrast features with the original. Noises you would be hearing is a few cars going by, an air conditioner behind me, and crickets. The craft made NO sound. Filming was a bit shaky since it was hand held. This was my 2nd sighting. It appeared as I was closing my window after 4:20am. I spotted a light, like a bright star moving slowly towards my place from the west. I went outside and filmed it with my dig. camera. It pretty much dropped from the sky and looked like a small craft with a tiny red light flashing from it off and on. I continued filming it when it was moving east further into town. I have more on video for my next encounters. —————————————————————————- HERE ARE MY SIGHTINGS: July 04, 2011 – 4 red pulsating orbs moving around on the lake while me and my friend were sitting in a boat alone in the middle of the lake at 9pm-midnight. 1 in particular flew up from the ground and moved slowly 3 feet away from us 3 times! A craft was sitting in the sky for 3 hours straight. while that was happening. There was a lot to see than!
